「EnglishUp」（下稱「本 App」）由築夢科技有限公司（英文名稱：DreamerStart Co., Ltd.，下稱「我們」）開發與維運。本政策說明我們蒐集哪些資料、如何使用，以及你可以行使的權利。

1. 我們蒐集的資料

• 暱稱：由使用者自行輸入的顯示名稱。我們不要求使用真實姓名。
• 選填的通關密碼（PIN）：若使用者自行設定，用於登入該暱稱。
• 學習資料：測驗作答紀錄、答對率、精熟單字、星星、虛擬寵物與遊戲進度。
• 裝置本機資料：登入狀態儲存在裝置的本機儲存空間（localStorage），用於自動登入。

我們不蒐集：真實姓名、電子郵件（除非你主動來信）、電話、地址、精確位置、通訊錄、相片，或任何可直接識別身分的敏感個資。

2. 我們不做的事

• 本 App 不含任何第三方廣告 SDK、行為追蹤或分析工具。
• 我們不會販售、出租或交換你的任何資料。
• 我們不會使用學習資料進行行為廣告投放。

3. 付款與訂閱

若你選擇購買進階（Premium）訂閱，付款由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 處理。我們不會看到或儲存你的信用卡或金融卡資料。我們僅透過金流服務商（RevenueCat）取得「此帳號是否為有效訂閱者」的權益狀態，用於解鎖功能。

4. 適用對象與年齡

本 App 提供一般英語學習服務，商店主要目標客群為年滿 18 歲的自主學習者與教育工作者，並非針對未滿 13 歲使用者設計或行銷。若你對帳號資料有任何疑問，或希望檢視、更正或刪除資料，請來信 [email protected]。

5. 資料保存與刪除

• 你可以隨時在 App 內「旅程」頁面底部點選「刪除我的帳號」，即會永久刪除該帳號的所有星星、寵物與學習紀錄，無法復原。
• 你也可以來信 [email protected] 要求刪除。
• 學習資料會保存到帳號被刪除為止。

6. 資料安全

所有 App 與伺服器之間的傳輸皆採用 HTTPS 加密。伺服器資料庫僅供本服務內部存取，不對外開放。

7. 政策變更

我們可能不時更新本政策。重大變更會於本頁公告並更新「最後更新」日期。

The "EnglishUp" app (the "App") is developed and operated by DreamerStart Co., Ltd. (築夢科技有限公司, "we"). This policy explains the information we collect, how we use it, and the rights available to you.

1. Information We Collect

• Nickname: a display name entered by the user. Real names are not required.
• Optional PIN: if set by the user, used to log in to that nickname.
• Learning data: quiz results, accuracy, mastered words, stars, virtual pets, and game progress.
• On-device data: login state stored in the device's local storage for auto-login.

We do not collect real names, email (unless you contact us), phone, address, precise location, contacts, photos, or other directly-identifying sensitive data.

2. What We Don't Do

• The App contains no third-party advertising SDKs, behavioral tracking, or analytics tools.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.
• We do not use learning data to serve behavioral advertising.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

If you purchase a Premium subscription, payment is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your card details. We only receive entitlement status (whether an account is an active subscriber) via our payments provider (RevenueCat) to unlock features.

4. Intended Audience and Age

The App provides general English-learning services and is marketed primarily to independent learners and educators aged 18 and over. It is not designed or marketed for users under 13. To ask questions or request access, correction, or deletion of account data, email [email protected].

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You can permanently delete an account at any time via "Delete my account" at the bottom of the Journey tab in the App, or by emailing [email protected].

6. Security

All traffic between the App and our servers uses HTTPS encryption. The database is internal-only and not publicly exposed.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
