EnglishUp 由築夢科技有限公司（英文名稱：DreamerStart Co., Ltd.，下稱「我們」）提供。下載、存取或使用本 App，即表示你同意本使用條款與隱私權政策。

1. 適用資格與帳號

本 App 的商店主要目標客群為年滿 18 歲的自主學習者與教育工作者。你應提供正確資訊、妥善保管登入憑證，並對帳號下的活動負責。

2. 服務與使用授權

我們授予你一項有限、非專屬、不可轉讓、可撤銷的權利，僅供個人或教學目的使用 EnglishUp。App、題目、圖像、音訊、文字與軟體的相關權利仍屬我們或合法權利人所有。

3. 可接受的使用方式

• 不得破壞、干擾、逆向工程或規避 App 的安全與存取限制。
• 不得使用自動化方式濫用服務、冒用他人身分或從事違法活動。
• 不得未經授權重製、出售或散布 App 內容。

4. Premium 訂閱與付款

Premium 訂閱由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 計費與管理。價格、試用期、續訂週期與當地稅費會在購買前顯示。除非在目前週期結束前依商店規則取消，訂閱可能自動續訂。你可在 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 的帳號設定中管理或取消訂閱；退款依購買平台的政策處理。

5. 學習成果

EnglishUp 提供學習工具與內容，但不保證特定考試成績、語言能力提升幅度或其他個人成果。學習結果會依使用方式、投入時間與個人情況而異。

6. 服務變更與終止

我們可能為維護、安全、法令或產品改善而更新、暫停或調整功能。若帳號違反本條款、涉及濫用或造成安全風險，我們得限制或終止其存取。你可以隨時在 App 內刪除帳號。

7. 責任限制

在法律允許的最大範圍內，本服務按現況提供。我們不對間接、附帶或衍生損失負責；本條款不排除依法不得限制的權利或責任。

EnglishUp is provided by DreamerStart Co., Ltd. (築夢科技有限公司, "we"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

The App is marketed primarily to independent learners and educators aged 18 and over. You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and remain responsible for activity under your account.

2. Service and License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use EnglishUp for personal or educational purposes. The App, exercises, images, audio, text, and software remain owned by us or their respective rights holders.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security or access controls.
• Do not misuse the service through automation, impersonation, or unlawful activity.
• Do not reproduce, sell, or distribute App content without authorization.

4. Premium Subscriptions and Payment

Premium subscriptions are billed and managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing, trial terms, renewal periods, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Unless canceled under the store's rules before the current period ends, a subscription may renew automatically. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled under the purchasing platform's policies.

5. Learning Outcomes

EnglishUp provides learning tools and content but does not guarantee any particular exam score, rate of language improvement, or other individual result. Outcomes vary with use, effort, time, and personal circumstances.

6. Changes and Termination

We may update, suspend, or change features for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product improvement. We may restrict or terminate access when an account violates these terms, misuses the service, or creates a security risk. You may delete your account in the App at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
